Xu Ziti graduated from Luxun Academy of Fine Arts, China. She is currently studying at Hochschule für Künste Bremen. She is professionally trained in metal coloring and welding, especially stainless steel and tin. Her work is based on different understandings of the different qualities of metal.
She participated in some exhibitions about metals in China, through which she wanted to raise awareness about metals.
